4. Report illegal content
4.1 Send notices to ahoj@kliksy.sk with the subject "Report content". Include the exact web address of the content, why you believe it is illegal or breaches our Acceptable Use Policy, your name and e-mail address, except for notices concerning child sexual abuse material, and a statement that your notice is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. How we handle notices is described in Section 14 of the Terms of Service.
4.2 If you believe there is an immediate threat to someone's life or safety, contact the police or emergency services first.
5. Copyright notices
5.1 Copyright notices, including notices under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. 512, may be sent to our designated agent: EBOOK MEDIA LLC, attention Copyright Agent, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, e-mail ahoj@kliksy.sk.
5.2 A notice must identify the copyrighted work, identify the material claimed to infringe and where it is located, give your contact details, include a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized, include a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner, and carry your physical or electronic signature. Counter-notices may be sent to the same agent.
6. Security vulnerabilities
6.1 Report security issues to ahoj@kliksy.sk with the subject "Security". Please give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it and do not access data that is not yours.
